Classroom clickers to be workshop topic this week
The Center for Instructional Excellence is offering a 90-minute workshop called "Integrating Clickers into your Everyday Teaching."
The workshop will take place at 1:30-3 p.m. Thursday, March 20, in Room 202, Stewart Center.
Clickers, also referred to as CPS, eInstruction, or student response systems, are becoming a common tool. The workshop will briefly consider the technology but will focus on their use as part of classroom learning.
Workshop instructors are Juan Velasquez, graduate research assistant at CIE; and graduate students Matthew Verleger, Hans Aagard and Abram Walton.
To register, go to www.cie.purdue.edu. For more information, contact CIE@purdue.edu or 49-66422.
