Seminars scheduled for associate vice provost candidates

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The search committee for the position of associate vice provost P-12 engagement would like to invite Purdue faculty, staff and students to participate in the search process by attending the open seminars that each candidate will present during their visit to Purdue.

The names of the candidates and dates of seminars:

* Dr. George Rogers, professor and coordinator of engineering/technology teacher education in the departments of Industrial Technology and Curriculum and Instruction, Purdue University.
        Seminar -- 3-4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, in Dean’s Auditorium, Pfendler Hall. Reception immediately following in Pfendler Gallery
         
* Dr. Jonathan Plucker, director, Center for Evaluation and Education Policy; professor of educational psychology and cognitive science, Indiana University
        Seminar --  2-3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, in Dean’s Auditorium, Pfendler Hall. Reception immediately following in Pfendler Gallery
