Healthy Purdue $250 incentive to be paid this month
Participants who qualified for the $250 (before taxes) incentive as part of Healthy Purdue 2007 can expect to see that payment on their January pay stub.
The payment will be listed on employees' pay stubs as "Health plan inc. pymt" instead of as "medical credit," as it appeared in 2007.
For those participating in Healthy Purdue 2008, payment of the $150 (before taxes) incentive, earned for completing a wellness screening and HealthPath Questionnaire, will begin in February.
If an employee's spouse or same-sex domestic partner is participating and earns an incentive, that payment will also appear on the employeeÕs pay stub.
To verify the payment has been made, go to the OnePurdue portal login at www.purdue.edu/onepurdue and use Employee Self Service to view a salary statement.
