Sessions to highlight working at Purdue

Purdue will offer three community outreach events to showcase the benefits of working at Purdue and to provide information on applying for a position.

The sessions will begin with a brief overview of Purdue and the employment process. Current staff members then will talk about their experiences at the University.

Additional services include a resume critique and mock interview with a Human Resource Services representative.

The sessions are scheduled as follows:

* Jan. 26. 9-11 a.m. Hanna Community Center, 1201 N. 18th St., Lafayette.

* Feb. 2. 9-11 a.m. Second Baptist Church, 2925 S. 18th St. Lafayette.

* Feb. 16. 9-11 a.m.  Family Services, 615 N. 18th St., Lafayette.

The sessions are being sponsored by the Diversity Task Force within the Office of the Executive Vice President and Treasurer in partnership with Human Resource Services.
