Voluntary benefits administrator to change its name
Future Planning Associates, Purdue's voluntary benefits administrator, is changing its name to USI Affinity effective Jan. 1.
FPA is one of six companies operating under the USI Affinity umbrella. The name change is intended to help unify the company and consolidate its brand under the USI Affinity name.
Employees should see no changes to their voluntary benefits, except for the administrator name. Voluntary benefits include dental through Delta Dental, prepaid legal through ARAG, auto/homeowner's through Liberty Mutual, and universal life insurance through Transamerica.
