Wellness screenings available Dec. 12-13
Additional wellness screenings will be available Wednesday (Dec. 12) and Thursday (Dec. 13) for those planning to participate in Healthy Purdue 2008.
The screenings will be offered by Healthy Purdue's third-party vendor, StayWell Health Management.
Screening appointments are available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursday. All screenings will take place in Stewart Center, Room 218. Register for an appointment at www.purdue.edu/worklife.
Participants are encouraged to register for an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, and they must bring their Purdue ID at the time of the screening.
