Assistant professor, organizational behavior and human resource management Research interests include small-business management, artificial intelligence, technology, banking and utilities. Spent time in Japan studying how the Japanese train employees. Has expertise in human resource management, compensation and resource planning.
Jamaluddin H. Husain
Assistant professor, management, Purdue Calumet Coordinates the Small Business Institute and directs the Entrepreneurship Center at Purdue Calumet. The center offers professional development programs and academic resources for entrepreneurs and small firms. Won the 1997 Ernst & Young Illinois/Northwest Indiana Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
