Purdue elects residence hall leaders
WEST LAFTAYETTE, Ind. — Ten Purdue University students were elected to the Hilltop Hall Council, the governing body of the on-campus apartment complex that is home to more than 1,000 Purdue students.
The executive board of the Hilltop Hall Council is responsible for social programming, educational programming and being the voice of the students. The students were elected after a campaign process.
"The purpose and goals of the Hilltop Hall Council are to engender a deeper appreciation and respect for fellow members of the Hilltop Apartments community and to encourage intellectual, physical, emotional and social development," said Sarah Casares, residential life manager for Hilltop Apartments.
