March 26, 2004 Martial Madness martial arts exhibition a kick at PurdueWest Lafayette, Ind. Members of four Purdue University martial arts organizations will display their prowess Saturday (4/3) in the Martial Madness exhibition. Martial Madness will start at 2 p.m. in Matthews Hall, Room 210. The event is free and open to the public, and free food will also be served. Experienced members of Purdue's Fighters United, the Purdue Karate Club, Purdue Tae-kwon-do Club and Purdue Capoeira Club will demonstrate the various techniques of martial arts used around the world in the choreographed exhibition. The Purdue Student Union Board and Fighters United, an organization of martial artists at Purdue, are sponsoring the event.
