According to Bob Ritchie, associate professor of 4-H youth, the congress will be Nov. 1 in Indianapolis. These 4-H members, along with county nominees, will attend two leadership sessions, entitled "Youth Voices in Action," and "What's Your Leadership Style?" at the Indiana Repertory Theater. A luncheon honoring the participants will be held at the Indiana Roof Ballroom.
The congress is one of the highlights of the year for these 4-H members, Ritchie said. "What it can do is to get together youths from all over the state, and let them share experiences with their compatriots," he said. "Hopefully, they'll expand this leadership throughout the state."
