The role of diversity in creating and maintaining an optimum learning environment is the focal point of Purdue University President Martin C. Jischke's live radio appearance on WBAA-AM920 on Wednesday (June 2). During the station's "AM920 Magazine," from 2-3 p.m., Jischke will field questions from WBAA manager Dan Skinner and the listening audience. "President Jischke will explain the place that diversity has in land-grant universities, all institutions of higher education, the United States and the world," Skinner says.
