December 19, 2003 Purdue Ag Alumni to celebrate in OrlandoWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue University Agricultural Alumni Association will host a reception for alumni and friends to celebrate the Boilermakers' Capital One Bowl appearance in Orlando, Fla. The reception will be Dec. 31 immediately following the Purdue pep rally at the Orange County Convention Center. The pep rally is scheduled for 4 p.m., but the time is subject to change. Purdue will face the University of Georgia Bulldogs in the Capital One Bowl on New Year's Day. The reception is free and will include light food and drinks. The event is open to alumni and friends of the Purdue schools of Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, and Consumer and Family Sciences. The deans of each school also will attend.
