June 10, 2003 Purdue students from Perry County receive scholarshipsWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Three Purdue University students have received Hafele-Stinson Scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,000. The 2003-2004 recipients are Conna Harrison and Rachael Filkins, who are students in the School of Agriculture from Tell City, Ind., and Morgan Labhart, a health sciences student from Magnet, Ind. Harrison and Labhart received $1,000; Filkins received $500. Mr. and Mrs. Marion F. Hafele established the scholarships for students who demonstrate academic proficiency, financial need and are residents of Perry County.
