Purdue president to discuss student services on next radio show

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue University President Martin C. Jischke will discuss student services during his live call-in radio show from 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, on WBAA's "AM-920 Magazine."

Listeners will have the opportunity to ask questions during the show. Local listeners can call (765) 496-1999. Listeners outside the local calling area can call toll-free at (866) 922-2101.

WBAA manager Dan Skinner says listeners can talk directly with the president about Purdue's student services, including how safety is maintained and disciplinary issues are handled.

"We encourage students and parents of students to call in to talk about issues of concern to them," Skinner says. "This is an opportunity for students to talk directly to the president about issues that directly affect their lives on campus and the quality of their Purdue experience."

The station's AM signal reaches approximately two-thirds of the state and may be heard globally via the station's Web site. The site also provides toll-free dialing instructions for listeners outside the United States and Canada.
