November 5, 2002 School of Consumer and Family Sciences awards scholarships WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue University School of Consumer and Family Sciences has awarded scholarships ranging from $500 to $3,000 to more than 100 students. The department also has presented the Joseph and Rebecca A. Kennedy Award for Financial Planning Excellence to Michele Hand, a senior from Jamestown, Ind., who is majoring in financial counseling and planning. Hand received $1,000.
