April 24, 2002 Teacher Recruitment Day is April 30 WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Center for Career Opportunities will conduct its annual Teacher Recruitment Day from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on April 30 in the Purdue Memorial Union Ballrooms. More than 140 recruiters from 90 different school corporations and districts will be on hand to hold interviews in all teaching areas — kindergarten through high school. Most of the school districts represented are in Indiana or surrounding states. Interviews are currently being scheduled for students who are registered with the Center for Career Opportunities office. Additional interview times will be available the day of the event.
