April 9, 2002 Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society receives chapter awardWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. Four Purdue students who are members of the Eta Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, an International Honor Society in Education, recently accepted an ACE award (Achieving Chapter Excellence) at a national banquet in Orlando, Fla. Members who accepted the award on behalf of their chapter were chapter president Amanda Davis Whaley, a senior from Otterbein, Ind.; vice president Megan Horsch, a senior from Orland Park, Ill.; vice president of membership Mike Meyer, a senior from West Lafayette, Ind.; and secretary Rebecca Naylor, a senior from Kokomo, Ind. The group also presented a session on mock interviews at the convocation.
