Staff Excellence: Campus Planning and Architecture
The Campus Planning and Architecture department is a dedicated group of architects and planners who work hard to ensure the physical campus is attractive, consistent, functional and sustainable. Campus Planning and Architecture is responsible for the campus planning process, which includes project scoping, site planning, programming, and designing new construction and renovations. The department provides leadership for interior and exterior architectural design, including guidance on university aesthetics and landscape standards.

Purdue equine veterinarian and horse respiratory expert Laurent Couëtil studies a type of asthma in horses that is remarkably similar to asthma endured by humans. Deciphering its causes and complications can help doctors address the condition in humans as well as horses.
