Moveable Dream Hire brings finance and economics expertise to Mitch Daniels School of Business
Michael Weber is excited about the potential of the Mitch Daniels School of Business, and he wants to be part of the growth process. Weber will join the finance faculty this fall through Purdue’s Moveable Dream Hires program, which is designed to attract high-performing, top-caliber faculty to the university even when the topic-based openings in a given year do not match the moveable talent.

Restoring Purdue’s University Hall as a campus crown jewel
University Hall is going back to its roots. An extensive renovation will restore Purdue’s oldest building to its original purpose as a campus gathering spot. In addition to housing administrative offices and student services for the College of Liberal Arts, the 148-year-old building will feature classrooms and ample space for students to study, collaborate and socialize.

Bringing Our Best: Zach Rodimel
As associate director of marketing and communications for the Purdue Polytechnic Institute, Zach has led recruitment and digital strategy efforts across West Lafayette, Indianapolis and our statewide locations, delivering targeted campaigns, managing student workers and serving as our key liaison with admissions and enrollment. Most impressively, Zach has developed an entirely new Purdue Polytechnic website — launching July 2025 — with minimal resources, demonstrating creativity, determination and technical skill. His leadership has elevated our visibility, strengthened our brand and provided much-needed support to our statewide teams. Zach is a true asset and deserves this recognition. — Heather Boswell (Purdue Polytechnic Institute)
