In Print: ‘Stem Cells in Neurotoxicology’
Aaron Bowman, professor of toxicology and dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences, has coedited a book intended for scientists working in neurotoxicology. “Stem Cells in Neurotoxicology” examines how stem cells can be used to study the effect of toxins on brain health and how harmful substances affect the development and function of human brain cells.

Purdue hosts cybersecurity leaders, addresses challenges at CERIAS symposium
Purdue’s innovation leaders in cybersecurity and their counterparts in industry and government recently gathered with about 350 attendees on campus to discuss innovative solutions to the latest threats to digital safety and related implications of AI and cyber-physical fusion. CERIAS, Purdue’s Center for Education and Research in Information Assurance and Security, hosted its annual cybersecurity symposium on April 1-2.

Spring Fling volunteer registration closes April 30
The Spring Fling coordinating committee is inviting employees to register as volunteers for Spring Fling — the annual appreciation event for faculty, staff, graduate student staff and retirees — set for 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 22 at and around Memorial Mall.
