Mapping the norms of joint commitment Margo Katherine Wilke Undergraduate Research Internship Program Spring 2025 Accepted Philosophy What are the social bonds and requirements of acting together in good faith? Philosophical views have debated the norms that structure joint action and shared agency for the last fifty years. As part of the PuNCs and VRAI labs we're using experimental philosophy methods to tease apart these views and generate a new model of these behaviors central to the human experience. Javier Gomez-Lavin Experimental philosophy work involves literature reviews, discussions, and the application of social psychological methods, including designing surveys and analyzing data obtained from in vivo and online participants. https://www.vrai-lab.com/puncs-lab Must have some background in philosophy or psychology.
