What is the Transformation?

The Transform Purdue initiative is designed to streamline, simplify, organize and automate Purdue business processes and related systems. Approval was given on October 14, 2016, by the Purdue University trustees for the two-year plan. The transformation is organized in three phases or projects, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and General Ledger (Finance). Enterprise Asset Management, successfully implemented in October 2017, streamlined and automated capital project requests, maintenance requests and introduced Fix-It, a web application to request facility repairs. Human Capital Management set to deploy April 2018 will implement SAP SuccessFactors as a one-stop shop for all human resource-related tasks, including time and payroll. The General Ledger (Finance) project will redesign our current financial structure, simplify financial reporting and implement SAP S/4 HANA in July 2018.
