SuccessFactors timekeeping process starts with Dec. 24-Jan. 6 biweekly pay period

All nonexempt employees should have received an email indicating the type of timekeeping solution they will be utilizing with SuccessFactors. Neither timecards nor Kronos will be available when we transition to SuccessFactors. If an employee does not know how they will record time, they can seek assistance from their business office or email bpr@purdue.edu.

Go-live support and help resources ready to assist

Several help resources are available during January and February, as we fully transition to SuccessFactors for all recruiting, onboarding, employee data changes, timekeeping, performance appraisals and merit processes.

Registration available for January payroll and employee data change open labs

Business offices seeking assistance through the January payroll cycles can attend a working lab. Attendees are encouraged to bring their questions, employee data change information and/or payroll-related tasks to work through with the assistance of Subject Matter Experts.
