Accounts Payable

Direct Invoice Vouchers (DIV) are no longer needed with the new financial structure and upgraded SAP system. Business offices attended the AP 101 showcase, learning how to utilize ZV60. Open labs are now available and provide opportunity for business offices’ staff members to ask questions, work through vendor information and complete transactions with the assistance of subject matter experts (SMEs).

Registration is now open for AP101a – Accounts Payable ZV60 Open Lab. Additional labs may be added to the schedule depending on demand.

Prior to attending the open lab, it is important that employees previously attended training. If you were unable to attend the training showcase, be sure to review the online version of AP101 – Online – Accounts Payable ZV60 Training prior to attending an open lab. Simply add the course to your cart, and you will have access to review the online version.

Additionally, the following Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) are important resources:

Accounts Receivables

The current PSCD system is replaced by the updated Accounts Receivables module in the upgraded SAP system. Those employees with PSCD roles and access were automatically provided roles within the new module. In order to perform transactions in the new module, training attendance is required. Please  complete the online course, AR 101 – FIAR Online Course, if applicable.

Registration for the AR 101a – FIAR Open Lab is now available.  These are ‘working labs’ where SMEs can help you work through transactions, provide answers to your questions and offer hands-on practice. Completion of the AR 101 – FIAR Online Course is required prior to registering to attend an open lab.

The current business process, FIAR invoice process, outlines the Quick Reference Guides (QRG) needed to perform transactions.

For more information, the General Ledger Training web page houses the showcases, etc. for all finance-related training.
