The online Fix-It application, utilized to submit maintenance repair and service requests, will pause Thursday, June 28 at noon in preparation for the finance transformation and upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA. SAP will pause June 29 at 5 p.m. through July 8.

The goal during the pause is to minimize the number of non-urgent work requests coming in so that Physical Facilities can respond to urgent issues in a timely manner.

Examples of urgent issues include:

  • No air conditioning, power, lights (in an entire room, not a single bulb outage)
  • Drain lines completely clogged
  • Other critical lab/food service / department equipment

To communicate an urgent issue like those mentioned above during the SAP pause time for Recreation & Wellness (CoRec), Purdue Memorial Union (PMU), Purdue Student Health Services (PUSH) and University Residences (residence halls, dining courts and Purdue Village), please submit maintenance request(s) to  All other facilities should submit maintenance request(s) to

To report critical and time-sensitive indoor services, staff should follow the guidelines below:

Residence halls, Purdue Memorial Union and recreation sports facilities:

All other campus facilities:

  • Contact the Work Request Center at 765-494-9999 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Contact the Purdue University Police Dispatch Center at 765-494-8221 between 4 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.

For all routine/non-urgent requests, staff are asked to wait until after the SAP pause has ended and the Fix It application is available again for use.
