Automation streamlines new hire processing and onboarding
As we move from SAP to SAP SuccessFactors via the Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation project, a variety of processes will be streamlined.
Today, many of our processes, including our new hire processes, are cumbersome, time-consuming and manually driven as highlighted in President Mitch Daniel’s message. For example, after a person is hired their information is collected on a Personnel Action (PA) form and approved by several people and then routed or hand delivered to central payroll to be manually entered. In addition, there is no formal notification confirming the creation of the employee record in the system.
