The SEEMLESS (Summer Employment and Effort Management Leading Efficiency through a Simple Solution) online application was implemented in April 2018. The application is accessible through the OneCampus portal. Summer Pay training references are listed below. Effort Reporting training resources are also available online.

Create Calendar, Enter Cost Distribution and Submit

Explains how:

  • To view and edit your or your subordinate calendar
  • To apply a template
  • The rate of pay is determined
  • To edit cost distribution

My Fund Accounts

Outlines the steps to:

  • Add account to database, when applicable, to use for cost distribution
  • Add a ‘nick name’ to account (helpful when you have many accounts or don’ have account numbers memorized)

Review and Approve Calendar

Describes the steps:

  • To review, edit or approve calendars created on your behalf by the business office

Help Resources:

  1. Contact your business office for assistance. They can assist with calendars, templates and complete cost distribution. (Business offices access summer pay resources on the Summer Pay – Payroll webpage. There are circumstances that require a paper calendar )
  2. Contact summerpay@purdue.edu for further assistance. This help source includes individuals from payroll, business management and information technology.
