The supplier receives their money faster and improves their cash flow without negatively affecting Purdue&#8217;s cash flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power security and anti-fraud controls:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specific 16-digit number assigned to each individual payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit set exactly for the amount of payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card only active for 30 days, or until the payment is taken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminates the risk of check fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking and visibility \u2013 SUA transmits remittance data, improving the ability of the supplier to track and forecast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduced manual costs\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suppliers paid via SUA save the time and money of having to process checks through their bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminates the check printing and handling at Purdue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminates escheatment of uncashed checks to the State of Indiana. \u00a0For more information on Indiana escheatment guidelines, or to search for unclaimed checks, visit\u00a0Indiana Unclaimed.gov.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"double-accordion \">\n\t\t <p class=\"double-accordion-title\" id=\"will-i-be-charged-a-fee-to-process-these-transactions\" role=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Will I be charged a fee to process these transactions? <\/p>\n\t\t <div id=\"double-content Priaynsh will-i-be-charged-a-fee-to-process-these-transactions \" class=\"double-accordion-content\">\n\n<p>Purdue will not assess any fees for enrolling in the SUA program.\u00a0 However, as a supplier accepting credit cards as a course of business, your \u201cmerchant bank\u201d will charge you interchange fees on the transaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"double-accordion \">\n\t\t <p class=\"double-accordion-title\" id=\"how-can-i-enroll-in-the-single-use-account-sua-program\" role=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">How can I enroll in the single-use account (SUA) program? <\/p>\n\t\t <div id=\"double-content Priaynsh how-can-i-enroll-in-the-single-use-account-sua-program \" class=\"double-accordion-content\">\n\n<p>Contact AP (<a href=\"mailto:ap@purdue.edu\">ap@purdue.edu<\/a>) to discuss the program and to request enrollment into the SUA program.\u00a0 An enrollment email will be sent to the supplier.\u00a0 By clicking the acceptance link, in the email, the supplier will have their payment method changed to \u201cSingle Use Account\u201d (SUA) and their payment terms to Pay Immediately.\u00a0 The next payment will then be paid as an SUA payment.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"double-accordion \">\n\t\t <p class=\"double-accordion-title\" id=\"can-credits-be-processed-on-the-sua-number-provided-for-payment\" role=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Can credits be processed on the SUA number provided for payment?<\/p>\n\t\t <div id=\"double-content Priaynsh can-credits-be-processed-on-the-sua-number-provided-for-payment \" class=\"double-accordion-content\">\n\n<p>No credits cannot be processed on this number.
