It can serve as a &#8220;starting point&#8221; for development of a training plan. The workbook (link below) includes the Training Core, an outline of the New@Purdue modules and planning calendar templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New@Purdue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New@Purdue is a SuccessFactors based on onboarding program. The New@Purdue tab provides an overview of the program.&nbsp; If enrolling a new employee in this program, supervisors are encouraged to enroll in the New@Purdue Administrator training to guide them through the onboarding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training Core<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This worksheet represents primary components of both the Treasurers training matrix and the New@Purdue program to be used as a starting point. Contents of this document represent the Training Matrix courses, New@Purdue activities and items pulled from&nbsp; RAS Training Plans in Engineering and Science. Please review the instructions for how to use the worksheet at the top of the page. The final training plan should be a collaboration between the supervisor and employee. The core will be updated twice a year or whenever the matrix is updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training Calendar Templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individual supervisors have different methodologies for tracking an employees progress through a training plans.&nbsp; Three tools are suggested below and can be tailored to meet the need of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Training core:&nbsp; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/purdue0.sharepoint.com\/:x:\/r\/sites\/ControllerDocuments\/Shared%20Documents\/General\/Finance%20and%20Business%20Operations\/Business-Management-Training-Core.xlsx?d=wdc9f21f53ca84cd2895847619519dc32&amp;csf=1&amp;web=1&amp;e=Vrchdi\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/purdue0.sharepoint.com\/:x:\/r\/sites\/ControllerDocuments\/Shared%20Documents\/General\/Finance%20and%20Business%20Operations\/Business-Management-Training-Core.xlsx?d=wdc9f21f53ca84cd2895847619519dc32&amp;csf=1&amp;web=1&amp;e=Vrchdi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Open and SAVE the current version of the Training Core.<\/a><\/strong> to a local directory.  Then, add a &#8220;completed&#8221; column to the far right.
