For example, if you are looking for a Forestry and Natural Resources contact, a user can type Forestry into the search window and click the hour glass to find the name of the appropriate Business Manager. Users can also search for individuals using their name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filters: <\/strong>The filters can be used to create a subset of data.  For example, by filtering on Finance and Business Operations, a user can then search a smaller set of data in the College\/Area filter to find a list of individuals in a specific Business Operations Center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Directory Access<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The search and filter functions on the directory page only work when using the &#8216;webvpn.&#8217; If you receive an error message when using these functions, please confirm your &#8216;webvpn.purdue.edu&#8217; VPN settings. All members of the list for each business office will receive messages sent to the address.
