Long-Term Vehicle Rentals

Long-term vehicle rentals may be available through Transportation Services for a period of three months or more. Long-term vehicles are billed on a monthly basis instead of a daily basis. Transportation Services handles all service on the rented vehicles while in use unless the vehicle is provided by Enterprise. Drivers of long-term rental vehicles are supplied with a Wex charge card. Any other expenses are the responsibility of the department requesting the vehicle. Drivers are encouraged to schedule a free monthly internal and external cleaning with Transportation Services.
