As long as students are attending classes online and staff are working on campus, there will be the option to meet in person if you are feeling well. If you are not well and/or are not on campus, you will meet with staff via WebEx. Staff will send you a link with instructions for connecting via WebEx prior to the meeting. If you are not well and/or are not on campus and do not have access to the internet, then you will meet with staff via the phone. If staff are told to work remotely, meetings will be conducted via WebEx or phone.

As long as staff are working on campus, you can e-mail or call using the contact information found in e-mail signatures or on our About Us page on our website. If staff are told to work remotely, they will send out information about a Google Voice number that can be used to phone calls and text messages.

The following activities and events have been cancelled:

  • Student Success Programs FAFSA & Verification Open Labs on March 27 and April 10
  • Purdue Promise & ScholarCorps team for the Purdue Out of Darkness Walk on April 19

ScholarCorps at Purdue will continue business as usual unless disrupted by further updates from the University leadership. We will be sending e-mails and making phone calls with more information and reminders about the following, in addition to other deadlines and updates:

  • College Scholar Success Program completion (for the 2019 cohort)
  • Summer 2020 and fall 2020 course registration
  • FAFSA edits and verification
  • Summer Aid Application
  • Financial aid appeals

Purdue University is maintaining a “ Things you need to know about COVID-19” site. All communications from the institution, as well as answers to frequently asked questions, will be posted there.

Please note that the situation on campus is fluid. As changes are made and updates are received, we will communicate with you. If you are not planning to return after spring break, prepare for the possibility that Purdue will call you back to campus if the online-only restriction for class is lifted. Please check your Purdue e-mail, our website, and the University’s website on COVID-19 regularly.
