A definition of Rally is to draw or call together for a common action or effort and that’s what a Span Plan Rally is. We come together as a group to meet, make connections, support one another and share our experiences as nontraditional students. These events are a way to experience the community (and in most cases with your family members) and other students that may have a shared experience. As we gather to enjoy time together, we hope these experiences will expand your academic community and provide a little time to step back and take a breath.

Sunday, January 19th: 2:00 PM (Mackey Arena)

Let’s Go Boilers! We’re heading out to cheer on the women’s basketball team. Show your Purdue spirit by wearing your Span Plan t-shirt and join the group as we sit together for the game, are highlighted during the action and pose for a group photo on the court! This is offered as part of the Spring Campus Connect program, please RSVP here!

Wednesday, February 26th: 4:00 PM (Mindfulness Room, CoRec)

Midweek Rally Time – Relax and Unwind! Something new we’re trying this semester are midweek rally’s to make it through the week and the semester. Our first one will be held in the Mindfulness Room at the CoRec – we’ll have a private 30 minute Span Plan Meditation/Yoga session that will explore different techniques to make it through the stress of life, midterms and the gloomy Indiana winter. Afterwards, we’ll stay in the CoRec and further relax with a fresh smoothie as we venture towards overall health in 2020! Don’t miss this new opportunity, space is limited – RSVP today!
