  1. How long is my Registered Proctor certification good for?
    Three years
  2. Is certification good for 5 years? I have people who are already certified and want to know when they will need to re-certify.
    Yes - the certification is currently valid for 5 years.
  3. Are public schools required to certified in food safety and sanitation practices?
    I think it depends. To be sure of the correct answer, I suggest that you contact Scott Gilliam at the State Department of Health. His contact information should be on the website. He wrote a letter describing the "new" regulations that should have his contact information. Let me know if you do not get your answer. Rich
  4. Does ServSafe certification in Kentucky meet the requirements for Indiana certification?
    Yes
