Boiler Challenge Program:

  • The Boiler Challenge Program offers a unique learning environment where the goal is to provide an engaging and fun curriculum that applies to life and work outside the program. Your group will enhance skills such as communication, trust, problem solving, and decision making through mental and physical challenges.

Safe Zone:

  • Safe Zone is a training and support program that empowers participants to support LGBTQ students, staff, and faculty and create change on campus.

QPR Suicide Prevention Training:

  • This ninety minute training helps Purdue community members learn to recognize the warning signs for suicide and assist those in need.  Upon completing QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Gatekeeper training, each participant will be trained as a gatekeeper and receive a certificate. Due to the interactive format of this training, this presentation has a 40-participant maximum. Learn more about QPR from the QPR Institute. CAPS Workshop Requests:

  • CAPS offers a wide variety of outreach programs to the Purdue student community. We can tailor our workshops and seminars to fit your needs. A wide variety of workshops and seminars are available to meet your psycho-educational programming needs. CAPS will work with you to customize design specific programs to meet classroom, student organization, and/or IFC/PanHel National requirements.

Self-defense Awareness and Familiarization Exchange, S.A.F.E.:

  • Purdue University faculty, staff and students have access to S.A.F.E.(Self-defense Awareness and Familiarization Exchange, a comprehensive course of situational awareness, realistic self-defense tactics and techniques.
