Laboratory Animal Program (LAP)
Roles and responsibilities of LAP include:
- provides veterinary care.
- assures that animal housing, environments, and husbandry practices are consistent with federal policies.
- provides training in the performance of species-specific procedures.
- assists the IACUC with assessing reports of concern.
