Food Waste: A Panel Discussion of Global to Local Solutions

Institute for a Sustainable Future
September 22, 2021
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
WALC Hiler Theater

Description

Food waste and food loss are critical challenges that hinder reaching sustainability goals. In contrast, we want to  promote a circular economy that limits waste and promotes reuse.  In this panel, partners from West Lafayette join with several Purdue groups and researchers to discuss both the science  of sustainability and practical solutions that students and community members can participate both on campus and off.
