Big Ten – Ivy League TBI Research Collaboration Summit 2020-Call for Proposals Presentation

Summit attendees will have an opportunity to present their emerging or current TBI research, clinical approach, and/or educational program. The purpose of this 2 Slides 2 Minutes 2 Questions session is to provide a platform for the work being conducted among our Big Ten and Ivy League Institutions, which could serve as a model for other institutions, provide an opportunity for networking, and/or lead to potential partnership development.

Proposal Requirements
Please provide a 2-page (maximum) presentation flash proposal that includes the following information:

?  Name(s) and affiliation(s) of the anticipated presenter(s). Please note: Multiple presenters are allowed as long as the presentation stays within the 2 slides 2 minutes timeframe.

?  A brief description of your TBI research, clinical practice, or educational program.

?  The purpose of your presentation flash:

o Informational/highlighting your work
o Being a potential model for others interested in this or similar work o Potential partnership development

? Address how your presentation will benefit the attendees of the TBI Summit/TBI Collaboration/TBI field, student-athletes, general or specific population

Deadline
Submissions should be emailed to martha.cooper@btaa.org by Monday, April 6, 2020.

Review and Selection
Submissions will be reviewed and selected by a committee comprised of Big Ten and Ivy League colleagues. The selection process will be competitive and based on the number of submissions, quality of submissions, and time allotment for this session at the TBI Summit. Submitters will be notified of the committee’s decision by Monday, April 27, 2020.

Format for Selected Presentations
If selected, presentations must be formatted in a 2 slides 2 minute template as provided by the Big Ten – Ivy League TBI Summit committee. Selected presentations must be submitted for review and approval prior to the summit to assure adherence to the 2 slides, 2 minute format and timeframe.
