Description

Following the recent unveiling of the Big Idea Challenge 2.0, Discovery Park will host a question-and-answer session at 2:30 p.m. Thursday (March 28) in the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship, Room 129.  The session will be led by Sasha Boltasseva, professor in the College of Engineering and inaugural Discovery Park fellow. Those interested in submitting a proposal are encouraged to attend.

The Discovery Park Big Idea Challenge 2.0 follows on the heels of the highly successful first Big Idea Challenge. Announced on March 6, the Big Idea Challenge 2.0 program will provide resources to winning interdisciplinary teams of Purdue faculty and students pursuing bold proposals that address global challenges.

The program will fund selected teams for up to two years (depending on scope of the proposal). Proposals are due on April 15. Refer to the program guidelines for proposal details. Additional questions can be directed to Boltasseva at aeb@purdue.edu.
