Topic: “Astrocyte-Neuron Crosstalk is Required for the CNS Control of Metabolism”

Dr. Cáceres uses modern molecular and neuroscience approaches, including transgenics, endocrinology, immunology and electron microscopy to explore the functional role of astrocytes in the control of energy metabolism.
