Symposium for Research Data Technology
Description
As many fields of research become more and more data-intensive, it is increasingly important for researchers to understand how to properly manage and preserve their data.
To help Purdue researchers and the academic IT staff who support them learn more about how best to capture, transfer, share, publish and archive their research data, ITaP Research Computing will host a Symposium for Research Data Technology. The event will include presentations by Globus, Internet2, I-Light, Purdue Libraries, the Purdue University Research Repository (PURR), and F. Alex Feltus, an associate professor of genetics and biochemistry at Clemson University.
The event is open to anyone in the Purdue community.
