This year Purdue is hosting for the first time, the Society of Toxicology – Ohio Valley Regional Chapter meeting. The meeting is on Friday Dec. 1 from 9-4:30pm in STEW 214. The meeting will feature a keynote lecture from Dr. Thomas Knudsen from the National Center for Computational Toxicology at the US EPA titled “Systems Toxicology and Computational Dynamics”, student and trainee platform and poster presentations, and a Lunch with an Expert session. Through generous sponsorship the meeting registration is low (only $15 for members, $10 for students, and $20 for nonmembers which includes breakfast, lunch, and all associated meeting activities). You do not need to be a member of the Society of Toxicology or the Ohio Valley regional chapter of SOT to attend, but students and trainees do need to join Ohio Valley SOT to submit an abstract and be eligible for awards.

Important deadlines include the abstract submission deadline on October 27 and the early registration deadline on November 17.
