Philip Low
Philip Low, the Ralph C. Corley Distinguished Professor of Chemistry and former director of the Purdue Institute for Drug Discovery, has been named the Presidential Scholar for Drug Discovery.
Zhong-Yin Zhang
Zhong-Yin Zhang, the Robert C. and Charlotte P. Anderson Chair in Pharmacology and Distinguished Professor of Medicinal Chemistry, is the new director of the Purdue Institute for Drug Discovery. Zhang was recruited to Purdue in 2016 to head the Department of Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology in the College of Pharmacy, a position he maintains.
Christy Haddock
Christy Haddock, former director of Post-Award in Sponsored Program Services, has returned to Hovde Hall as director of financial services for the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships and Discovery Park. Haddock, who previously held the position, replaces Stacy Brown, who passed away last fall.
Susan Corwin has replaced Haddock as director of Post-Award in SPS. Corwin previously was the senior operations manager in SPS. Post-Award administers externally funded sponsored programs at Purdue University during the life cycle from establishment to closeout.
