Final Exam Scheduling <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We prepare the final exam schedule in accordance with policies set by the Educational Policy Committee of the University Senate. Each class is assigned a two-hour meeting time during the 16th<\/sup> week of the session \u2014 commonly referred to as the final examination period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developing a conflict-free final exam schedule is a significant undertaking. More than 130,000 student class meetings must be scheduled across just 30 prescribed two-hour periods during the 16th<\/sup> week \u2014 which is why the schedule is built with three priorities in mind: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
