| 10 | Last day undergraduate advisors can communicate removals to the candidate roster. After this date, all removals need to go through each colleges/school candidate coordinator. | Fri |

| 15 | Summer 2022 Online Candidate Clearance Tool is displayed for candidate clearance. Candidates removed from the 202220 candidate roster need updated via the tool. The commencement team will monitor removals starting on this date via the tool. Only non-participating candidates can be removed from the summer list at this point. | Wed |
