Signature Authority Verification

Each year the academic departments are asked to provide the Office of the Registar with signature authorizations.  These signatures are for all Registrar-related forms and documents.  Generally, these are requested in May or June of each year.  The Office of the Registrar will mail all documents needed for requesting signature authority to the academic departments. 

If there are any additions or deletions to these authorization forms during the academic year, please notify the University Registrar's Administrative Assistant at 494-6133.
