No Show Policy/Failure to Cancel:

  • Members will receive two strikes and on the third occurrence a reservation is missed, members will lose privileges to secure a reservation for 48 hours to gain access to the facility.
  • All further offenses after the above penalty will increase by 24 hours each time.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We’re all in this together.  Masks are required at all times (even while exercising) with the exception of being in water. We expect that all members of RecWell will take responsibility for their own health and safety and act in a manner that demonstrates respect and consideration for those around them, consistent with the Protect Purdue Pledge.
Will there be Group X Classes?
Yes, Group X is operating both in-person, following social distancing guidelines, and virtually.  Masks are required; members can purchase an unlimited Group X pass for fall ($60) on our member portal.

How are you taking care of the facility to ensure safety for members?
Together we will Protect Purdue. De-densifying, distancing and disinfecting. We have installed protective barriers around areas where close contact and high traffic occurs. We’ve added contactless entry using our app or a self-swipe station, we have spaced out equipment to adhere to social distancing and increased our sanitation methods with more cleaning stations along with hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility.
Can I buy a guest pass for someone?
At this time, no guests or household members of Purdue affiliates are able to access our facility.  We will reevaluate often based on capacity restrictions; it’s our top priority to keep Boilermakers safe and well by protecting Purdue.
Do you require a reservation?
Reservations are required for CoRec access. Reserve your CoRec time here.  If you do not have an active membership, you will not be able to make a reservation.
Are locker rooms and showers available?
Yes, locker rooms are open for locker service members with limited access for day use lockers. Towel service will also be available. Restrooms will be open following social distancing. We encourage you to only bring the things you need. You can purchase a locker at Member Services.
Is TREC open?
TREC will not be available for RecWell members this fall. Campus will be repurposing the facility at this time.
Are outdoor spaces open?
Basketball and volleyball remain offline.  In outdoor spaces, masks are required if you are sharing equipment of any kind OR when social distance of six feet cannot be maintained.
