Our holistic approach to Personal Training ensures that you learn as we teach, motivate, and help you adhere to your new lifestyle. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or exercise performance, your Trainer will guide you through a progressive program designed specifically for you.

Due to our program reaching maximum capacity, registration for individual and group personal training sessions is currently closed. Registration is available for JumpStarts, Fitness Assessments, and Body Compositions. Complete your registration packet at Member Services

We offer three training formats to meet your needs. You also receive a complimentary fitness assessment and consultation with your initial purchase of individual, buddy, or group training sessions.

Please visit the Member Services desk to complete a registration form. Payment is not required until you have completed your first session with your Personal Trainer.
