Athletic Training Services
Our trainers are certified/licensed members of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA).
Services we provide:
- Clinical evaluation and diagnosis of injury
- Immediate/emergency care, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries, including:
- Heat packs
- Ice bags/ice cups
- Taping (tape can be purchased at Equipment Center)
- Temporary loan of crutches
- Patient education
Athletic Training Hours:
Athletic Training services will resume on 1/13/20.

- Friday - Sunday Closed
The Athletic Training Office is also closed for University Breaks and Holidays

Meet our New Athletic Trainers:
Abbey Colclasure, ATC
I am originally from Aurora, IL. I recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelors of Health Science in Athletic Training. I am looking forward to working in the France A Córdova Rec Center overseeing various club sports and intramural participants as well as informal recreation patrons as part of my Graduate Assistantship. I will also spend time assisting Purdue Women’s Basketball and Cheer. I am working towards my masters in Health and Kinesiology. I like to spend my free time hiking and skiing.
Diarmuid Christie, ATC
I graduated from Dublin City University, Ireland, with a Bachelor's in Athletic Therapy and Training. I spent Fall semester, 2017, here in Purdue University as a student intern with the Sports Medicine department and I am now studying for a Master's in Health and Kinesiology. I am looking forward to working in the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center overseeing various club sports and intramural sports as part of my Graduate Assistantship. In my free time I will be helping out with Intercollegiate Athletics or watching sports.
