Stress Less Week: April 28-May 2

Join us for a week dedicated to reducing your final exam stress!  All of our programs are designed to help you relax, rejuvinate, and have fun!

CHAIR MASSAGE

Meet our Massage Therapists and enjoy a free 10 minute chair massage on us!

HEALTHY FOODS FOR FINALS MINI-COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

Students from the NUTR 424 class will provide a variety of ½ hour cooking demonstrations to help you fuel your body and brain and boost your performance during final exam week!  Please visit our website for a complete schedule of demonstrations.  Space is limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis.

PiYo PAJAMA PARTY

As the semester winds down, join us for an evening of relaxation.  Dress in your favorite PJs or onesie, but promise us you won’t fall asleep during class!

TAI CHI TO GO

Wednesday, April 30, 7–8pm, Wellness Conference Room

This “to-go” method of tai chi is easy to learn, perfect for beginners and easy to take on the road. In this class you will perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner that, when combined together, form a short “dance.”  The slow circular movements, blended with deep breathing, help to decrease stress, increase range of motion, improve flexibility and balance and cultivate a sense of well-being.
